We accept PayPal or Credit Cards.

You can pay with major credit cards. 
But you need to register a paypal account when you buy an item by credit card.

There is a possibility that your ordered item may be out of stock since we have another shop in Japan. If your ordered item is out of stock, we will issue a refund via PayPal immediately.

Shipping

“FREE SHIPPING in ALL COUNTRIES”

The shipping cost is included in the price.
So you don't need to worry about the shipping cost.
The postage is free.
All items are shipped from Japan.

Your order will be shipped by e-Packet or EMS(Japan Post) within 5 business days after payment.
Delivery date and time cannot be scheduled.
We ship to only address where be registered by Paypal.

If the total price is under US$200, your item is shipped by e-Packet.
EMS for every purchase over US$200 is applied.

If the total price is under US$200 and you want to use EMS, please let us know.
We will send an invoice for US$10 via PayPal. 

We put an individual Tracking Number on every parcel. The package will be insured.
However, if the product is damaged during the shipping, please let us know and go to your nearest post office to have them issue a damage report.
Please be advised that once a damage report is submitted, your payment will be refunded or your order will be shipped again.

Exchange

- If the size does not fit, we will accept an exchange. 
- The products within 14 days after receiving are exchangeable. 
- An exchange is only once per item. 
- If the size of the replacement does not fit, please note that we can not accept an exchange anymore. 
- Please cover the shipping cost for returning the item to Japan. 
- We will resend a replacement as soon as we received the item. 
- The shipping rate for delivery of replacement will be paid by our corporation.
- If there is no size for exchanging, please choose one product with same price or lower price than purchased product. 
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us from CONTACT US. We will follow up the problem.

Return

- We will accept the return only if the item was not as described.
- Please provide the proof of the difference or defective by clear photos within 14 days from the delivery.
- We will exchange the damaged, defective, and incorrect item or refund the amount we received immediately.
- For the return, it is necessary to send back the item to us(seller) by a shipping way with its Tracking Number.
- If you need to return an item, please contact us from CONTACT US. We will follow up the problem.

Non exchangeable & returnable conditions

- The item must be unused(Not only stains and scratches, but smells such as tobacco, perfume are also NG) and have all original packing, parts and tags. If you removed the tags, we can’t accept the return or exchange.
- The return passed more than 14 days from the delivery can not be accepted.
- All sale items are NOT refundable or exchangeable.

Duty & Tax

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
