Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Q. HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN TAX AND DUTIES?

Please be kindly noted that we (the exporter outside your country) can not handle and know how much the taxation or the customs duty into your country would be imposed concretely. We recommend you to directly call the international customs office in your country if you need more concrete answer.

Q. HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

e-Packet will take about 2 weeks after shipment. EMS will take about 1 week after shipment. There is a chance for delays at customs. Please be aware that it may take more time than usual for your order to arrive.

The back side of most items are plain (no embroidery).

All clothes that we sell in our store are in brand new condition.

Q. IS THE MATERIAL STRETCHY?

The material is not stretchy.

Q. HAS THE COLOR FADED?

The item has been specially treated to produce a vintage-like effect. Note that this is entirely consistent with the vintage effect and is intentional.

Q. HAS THE ITEM SCRATCHES?

When processing VINTAGE part of clothes may be scratched. We do not sell things with big scratches. Even if there are small scratches, there is no problem with the product.

Q. WHAT COUNTRY IS IT MADE IN?

It is almost made in China because it takes a long time to produce it,
Some products are made in Japan.

Q. IS THE ACTUAL COLOR DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I WAS THINKING?

Although we pay close attention to colors, the actual color may be slightly different from one in the photo.
